Oktoberfest Means Fresh New Beers in September

It is that time of year again! Beer, bratwurst, and a soft pretzel! Oktoberfest is a deeply rooted celebration of Bavarian history which includes beer and traditional German foods. While it’s called Oktoberfest the drinking begins in September.

This month I have set my eyes on Brooklyn Oktoberfest. It is a classic Märzen lager style with sweet, bready malts and German noble hops. This seasonal brew is only available from August to October so try it while you can. The Brooklyn Brewery website reminds us that this beer is going to be “clean, and classical, toasty”.
