Why Do You Need the EuroBar?

Consumer’s tastes and beverage preferences are evolving creating new service opportunities and challenges for restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. With the new demand for a broader range of beverages such as fresh juices, health drinks, and snacks than ever before.

When looking at the new realities of today, American bars and restaurants are becoming more and more like establishments oversees where these traditions have been a reality for a very long time. European bars and coffee shops have been squeezing fresh juices, making coffee drinks, serving alcoholic beverages and small bites, from the same station for centuries which makes the layout of some of the European bars so much more suitable for today’s demands.

EuroBar is inspired by these time-tested European work practices; this style of beverage station offers the much-needed “prep surface” and decreases all sorts of contamination that can come from all the new things a bar/coffee shop must serve today.

The EuroBar Station Features

  • 304-grade stainless steel with a 14-gauge top and an 18-gauge body.

  • Prep Area/Main Station includes 6 integrated ice-refrigerated Condiment Pans, this iced refrigeration allows for quick access to chilled garnishes.

  • Glass Rinser, Drainboard, and a sectional health code compliant Dipper Well for bar tool storage and rinsing.

  • Integrated Trash Chute at arm’s reach.

  • Ice bin set to the side of the prep area allowing for no spilling of ingredients or ice contamination.

  • Sleek recessed ice scoop caddy offers superior health-compliant sanitation, and quicker accessibility for the service staff.

  • Recessed bottle well located next to the drink prep area/main station and designed for optimal reach for service staff.

  • Speed Racks located to the left and the right of the drink prep area/main station for easy grab with left and right hand. Bartender can easily prepare drinks without a center speed rack pressing into knees and legs.

  • Absence of bulky speed rail allows the bartender/barista to be closer to their work counter. This reduces bad posture which can lead to injury.

  • Double recessed hand towel and bar rag caddies and integrated paper towel dispenser for easy access to bar staff.
