Braulio liqueur is a traditionally an after-dinner drink that helps kickstart your digestion. It’s funky mix of Alpine herbs are more apt as an after-dinner choice for meat-related fats that typical come with eating the Alpine cuisine, these fats come from things like bacon, sausage, and dried meats.

Braulio tastes like a like a mountain forest, ashy, earthy, and very minty-herbaceous. Word on the street is that you take one sip after a big meal, and your stomach will thank you.
